Hi Myriam, I’ve spoken to our service department and you should have received an email from Sarah a couple of days ago. Please advise if you have not received this!

    Are the tours free?
Also, I reserved 2 visitors for the 30th, will I receive an email confirming that there is indeed a tour during this time?

      Hi Brianna,

Yes the tours are free! I’m not sure if you were going to come to the 10am or 1pm tour but we do need reservations to be made at least 48 hours in advance of the tours and yes, you do receive an email with further guidelines and rules.
Thank you! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
