This year, we start in the picturesque highlands of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. The lake basin and rich volcanic soils support the growth of these coffee beans, resulting in a full-bodied, deeply sweet, excellent coffee. Next, we are off to Jinotega region in Nicaragua where coffee has been grown for almost 100 years by single estates and cooperatives.
These beans pull in the rich mouth-feel and long finish of this year's Holiday Blend. Finally, we conclude our search further South to the Central Valley of Costa Rica where the coffees bring liveliness to each and every cup.
