We cannot deliver an email to an invalid email address. Also, though rare, sometimes emails get lost in bulk address boxes or are bounced. You will, however, receive an email yourself with the recipient's gift certificate redemption code. You can call your recipient and give them the redemption code if they never receive the electronic Gift Certificate. You can also call our customer service team to see if the gift certificate has been used.
